This Privacy Policy explains how DailyEnigma, LLC ("DailyEnigma," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Tempo mobile application and related websites (collectively, "Tempo" or the "Service").

1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Tempo, we may collect:
- Account information — email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and credentials when you create or sign in to an account.
- Reading and training data — session activity, reading speed, comprehension results, goals, streaks, progress metrics, and related in-app preferences.
- Content you provide — documents or materials you upload or import for reading sessions, and feedback you send us.
- Device and usage information — device type, operating system, app version, approximate diagnostics/crash data, and general usage events needed to operate and improve Tempo.
- Purchase information — subscription status and transaction identifiers associated with in-app purchases. Payment card details are processed by Apple, Google, or other payment processors — we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Support communications — information you include when you email ai@everflamedesign.com.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Tempo;
- Create and manage accounts and personalize training;
- Measure reading performance and comprehension;
- Process subscriptions and restore purchases;
- Generate in-app comprehension questions and insights;
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service;
- Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- Comply with law and protect our legal rights.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us host data, authenticate users, process analytics/diagnostics, deliver infrastructure, or support operations (for example, cloud backend and authentication providers), under contractual obligations to protect your data;
- App platforms and payment processors such as Apple App Store and Google Play for subscriptions, billing, and fraud prevention;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, legal process, or to protect users, the public, or DailyEnigma;
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
4. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide Tempo, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices.

- Request a copy of data we hold about you;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;

Tempo is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We are based in the United States. If you use Tempo from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Tempo may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.
